Welcome to The Lutheran High School of Kansas City. Home of the Knights! 

The Lutheran High School of Kansas City is a private, Christian high school, serving 110 students in grades 9th through 12th. The Lutheran High School of Kansas City is located in Kansas City, Missouri. The Lutheran High School of Kansas City was established in 1980 with forty-four 9th and 10th grade students and nine full-time and part-time faculty. There were 23 students in the first Class of 1983. The Lutheran High School of Kansas City has since graduated over 800 students.

The Lutheran High School of Kansas City is fully accredited by AdvancED, Missouri Non-Public School Accreditation and the National Lutheran School Accreditation. The Lutheran High School of Kansas City offers a college preparatory curriculum, taught by Christian faculty. The average teacher to student ratio is 1:10. The average ACT score is 25. Students complete a minimum of 40 hours of community service hours per year at The Lutheran High School of Kansas City. The Lutheran High School of Kansas City also offers co-curricular and athletic activities. Eighty five percent of our students participate in at least one co-curricular activity. The Lutheran High School of Kansas City prepares lives for today, tomorrow, and eternity.
