What is this Christian Issues Class?
This Christian Issues class is a discussion-based course in which we will consider current issues and what the Bible has to say about them. We will also discuss what our Christian response should be to the issues, while living both as a sinner and a saint. Thus, we will discuss each issue from both a law and a gospel perspective.
Students will read a book and articles to motivate discussion in the classroom. They will also present their ideas to the class to create dialogue on current issue topics. The goal of the course is for students to be able discuss their ideas about their Christian faith.
