Music Groups on Spring Tour

The LHSKC Concert Choir, Band, and Resounding Joy Bell Choir traveled on tour to the Austin area over part of Spring Break, beginning on Thursday, March 12th. Stops on the tour included Immanuel Lutheran Church in Joplin, Missouri; Martin Luther School in Joplin; Trinity Lutheran Church in Weatherford, Texas; St. Paul Lutheran Church in Austin; and Trinity Lutheran Church in Woodway, Texas.
Along with the performances at those locations, the group also toured the Concordia Austin campus, The LBJ Presidential Museum, the Dr. Pepper Museum in Waco, and the Oklahoma City National Memorial and hiked the Mount Bonnell Trails in Austin.
The group arrived back in Kansas City on Tuesday, March 17th.
Their home concert will be given at Lutheran High School on Friday, March 27th at 7:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome and admission is free.
